Comment:  Let's just be honest... This is a top tier old row house with extremely gorgeous girls and great personality that's genuine and not fake. That being said, KD doesn't have the best rush but to say this isn't one of the best houses is just ridiculous. These girls are social, classy, and fun to be around. They date great old row guys and drop heavily on rush. This is one of the best, the reputation on here of negativity isn't the truth. This is top tier with Phi Mu.
