Comment:  Everyone knows who phi Delt is, but they don't really know eachother. So many of them, I've been in more than on instance where a brother didn't recognize another brother. They rush a lot of good looking guys year after year, but all there pledges drop off the face of the earth after initiation. They do a lot of venue parties in nice places, some are kinda fun most are ehh.
