Comment:  Seen as bottom tier simply because they don't recruit girls based on how physically attractive they are. AOPI probably has one of the best sisterhoods in USF Greek and they always maintain a classy image. Unfortunately, with the way the Greek system works they are looked down on but for smart people who would rather go for what it truly means to be in a sorority than the overall name, this is that chapter.
