Comment:  Phi Sig is for sure on the rise, yet still a strange group of girls. The four or five cute girls are the face of Phi Sig, and the rest are just random misfits. They do continuous open bidding JUST to get numbers. They are for sure quantity over quality. They are better than they were two years ago, however still all of the leftovers from DPhiE and Phi Mu get bids to Phi Sig.
