Comment:  They really are trying hard to improve, especially since they were on academic probation last semester. There are a few bad eggs that are ruining the experience for the rest of the group though. If they approached the issues surrounding their lack of class (i.e. drinking on bid day, drinking too much prior to formal, and weekend behavior) then they will have an easier time improving and growing as a chapter.
