Comment:  Close group of guys. Other frats say they aren't but the exact opposite is true. I can't think of a fraternity with more traditions at UCR than Phi Psi. They may be young but it unites them. They are always searching for avenues to improve themselves which shows strength and adversity. Such characteristics often inflict envy, thus the reasoning as to why they seem to be the target here...
