No one in their right mind would even consider Theta Chi to be more than a MEDIOCRE fraternity. Half of them haven't felt a breast before. Boys, Stop flattering yourselves by posting good ratings on a website that means nothing. Anyone at Towson has the common knowledge that Theta Chi is and always will be one of the worst fraternities on campus
