Comment:  Almost received a "very classy", instantly brought it down to an "above average" after I've seen homeless people picking through the cans in their yards. Every house on Normal Street needs to get brought down from their "very classy" ratings - everybody listen to me and act now - we can not let these people keep their rankings if they can't keep a leash on their homeless!
