Comment:  All the conversations during recruitment seemed forced and awkward. They seemed so nervous to get "the best" girls to bulls their chapter they didn't actually prepare to talk to girls just show off what they do for their philanthropy- that's really all they cared about actually... Which cool, just not during recruitment.
