Comment:  Pi Kapp is definitely one of the best frat's on campus. Some of their fall class last year and all of their spring and fall 2013 class dominate the fraternity in my eyes. They are definitely phasing out their older guys and coming in with strong sorority relations, great social events and a good sense of brotherhood. They are gaining traction on their own and will be the top frat on campus within the next year or so.
