Comment:  Easily top. Hot, that's mostly what they have going for them is hotness (except PC13 was about half and half), and a big Southern name. Not that much fun though. In fact, I kind of find them boring. I'm not really sure how long ADPi will stay #1 because other people are realizing they like other houses better.
