Comment:  Yes, they are exclusive; it is there risk management approach. If you want to go to huge parties and meet a bunch of people you have never met before, then this house may not be your cup of tea. However, if you want to work your way into knowing the brotherhood and eventually get involved with their "everyone knows everyone intimately" type of parties, then you will want to spend some time getting to know their unique and diverse brotherhood beforehand.
