Comment:  Though "top of the middle" before, Chi O has really stepped it up this year. They changed their philanthropy to a wing eating contest (awesome), were front row for almost every game and even got on stage with Tyga at Bruin Bash. Their pc 13 has upped the attractiveness of the house. They hang out with top frats and throw awesome raids and date parties.
