Comment:  They started at the bottom last year...and they've improved really significantly! But they're probably still at the bottom. Everyone thought recruitment was going to be very evenly split this year, but it turned out that though the Phi Sigs had improved, they still hadn't reached their highest potential yet. That being said, they have a good sisterhood and are very involved.
