Comment:  Chi O is a timeless class act house. Don't get your hopes up a out getting a bid...They do not follow the rules the rest do during recruitment. Their poor recruitment practices have resulted in a sisterhood that is very mixed up and not very close. Yet they will always be a strong house. Giving respect where it is earned.
