Comment:  Delt can be a place to have a great time, but usually these guys don't throw the best parties. Delt is in the middle of Chestnut Street so they get a lot of people in their house first month freshman year but it never seems to hold its popularity. Smaller fraternity of mostly conservative Republicans. Good guys with good manners.
