Comment:  Chi O is definitely a top tier sorority. The girls are extremely outgoing and talkative... but in a condescending way. They have this fake social tactic down to a science. Most people don't mind this however because they are not very involved on campus and after rush they keep to themselves other than a few other sororities/fraternities. They stay top tier because of their exclusivity. Exclusivity in the greek world is vital. Their T-shirts are really cool and they all have very trendy style.
