Comment:  I absolutely LOVE the Phi Delt gentlemen! They are the best guys on campus and will soon be top tier for sure. Unlike the current "top tier" fraternities, these guys are actually respectable, and still able to have a good time. They aren't jerks and I love being friends with them. They're making there way up to the top very quickly!
