Comment:  To the person below that said Sigma Kappa was top tier... they were never top tier. These girls only hang out with Betas and Phi sig. I never hear any other fraternities talk about them and they're definitely not a favorite. They're nice girls and very involved, but need to work on how they act when they're out.
