Comment:  Even though this house is different than it was in the past, they are doing a lot better this year. They are throwing some great parties and have stayed out of trouble. They party the hardest out of all the frats and have some great guys who know how to balance their time in the house. At the same time there are some very disrespectful and sketchy guys. They're recruiting a big pledge class with some quality guys but some seem real rude and sketchy. It'll be interesting to see how they do.
