Comment:  Agree with below, i'd also add that they're probably the only fraternity that cares more about intramurals more than farmhouse. They've grown to where they're usually ones of the places people mention as a top house even if they dont know any brothers. Girls go there just because its Beta. I'd rank them below Fiji, SAE, Sigma Nu, and KA because I've been to plenty of Beta parties that were complete busts. Sky is the limit for them if they decided to care and got out of debt
