Comment:  What I noticed about Pi Kapp is that they literally have such genuine, amazing guys. Their location isn't the best which hurts them, but if you actually go over to their house it won't take you long to see how fun their parties are and how much you love the guys there. Without a doubt, they are definitely at the top of the mid tier, and I definitely see them on the rise. Love the house overall and will always come back!!!
