Comment:  Fighting with Delta Chi and Pike to be the best off row fraternity. A lot of nice guys but also some total douche bags. Most of them are try hards and that's just annoying. They act bigger and better than they really are which is also very annoying. Definitely bottom tier. There is no fraternity on row that is below them, not even Sigma Nu. Some attractive guys but most of the attractive ones are awkward.
