Comment:  Very high middle to bottom top tier frat. Some of the nicest guys on campus as a group, and they are actually really cool and know have fun. This year's pledges are pretty solid. Their parties tend to be a bit hit or miss, but increasingly so a hit. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with them on any front, they just aren't necessarily the best on any front either. Definitely contenders for moving up into top tier the way I see it.
