Comment:  Great group of guys. On the rise. Give their chapter about 2 years and they will be very well known. They know how to party and have fun, but don't make fools of themselves. Very social with girls. Definitely a fraternity to look at and not judge by some of the bogus rates on here. Oh, and the house has a perfect location for parties.
