Comment:  Sig Ep is the top fraternity that all of the guys from way out of state flock to. Being made up of lots of south florida, west coast, and northern guys, the culture is a bit different. They throw down pretty hard and usually show a pretty good time. One of the lower top tiers and aren't improving or falling.
