Comment:  They're not bad. They have a wide variety of brothers but they really need to be more selective about who they initiate. There are a lot of awkward losers that are just dead weight. They also don't know how to associate with anyone (girl or boy) outside their chapter. It's good that their brotherhood is strong, but learn how to make a positive lasting impression. Can't have just 7 guys carrying the entire chapter on that front.
