Comment:  Kappa Delta has the sweetest, most welcoming girls I've ever met. They don't care if you are in a house or not, they care about you as a person. This year they have excelled by winning house dec and sweepstakes, they also should have won follies, seeing how they won people's choice. They are really moving up and are ranked a solid number four as far as top houses go. I can't wait to see them reach number three next year! Watch out!
