Comment:  These guys are impressive. They have come a long way and have worked very hard to become a chapter. They've been very selective in their recruitment process which has made becoming a chapter a little delayed but they want top notch members and recruiting top notch members takes a ton of work. Watching out for them. Phi Delt bids will be valuable and scarce.
