Comment:  This house has the guys, resources, and potential to be one of the big 4 houses. What holds them back is their inability to form friendships with the top sororities. PC 12 is particularly loaded, but are not confident enough to get the hottest girls in the GS over consistently. One more solid pledge class should put them over the top.
