Comment:  I don't think Sigma Chi deserves all 1's, I just don't think they should be the top rated fraternity at Georgia Tech. I feel like they're just, ehhh, not that good at anything. Not really that social, not that great of a brotherhood, not that good at sports, etc. Just middle of the pack, really.
