Comment:  Bottom line you can't have a bunch of Alumna pick the pledge class, it doesn't work. During recruitment the girls have to make bonds and connections having them pre picked will never make the group strong or very good. Their secret it pretty much out and word has gotten round so Alumna let the chapter pick their own pledge class.
