Comment:  It's safe to say kappa sig is the top fraternity. They have passed KOT due to KOT's consistently annoying behavior. If you're looking for a fraternity that won't cancel their planned parties on a regular basis, definitely choose kappa sig over kot. If you're looking for a fraternity that the girls prefer to be around, choose kappa sig. Basically just save your dignity and choose kappa sig.
