So many of them say because XO is done they are top tier. No way. You are still bottom tier and will stay that way for a while. Congrats on your minor successes (winning weeks which is not a big deal at all), but until you're on the row, rule recruitment, have better philanthropy, and consistently win competitions that matter you're bottom.
