Comment:  Lambda Chi is truly on top at UTEP. While PDT comes in a close 2nd, Lambda Chi has the most committed members and true brotherhood. I've seen this fraternity grow from a group of wanna-be thugs/potheads to an organization of true gentlemen. They will never disrespect a lady, and will never start a fight, but will defend their fraternity to the end.
