Comment:  Pretty good parties, but lots of stoners in Sig Pi. Average dress as some guys dress fratty but others dont at all. They're still really nice but the video on TFM made them look like a joke. Could be hurt by losing Chi O for homecoming next year. Probably the lowest of the Big 5 top tiers.
