Comment:  Kappa delta is a southern sorority so I get why they picked southern girls in rush and elected a council with southerners but lets get real, DC is not the south and most of those girls are from New Jersey. Give up the act, i've never seen such a ridiculous obsession with lilly from any chapter here.
