Comment:  it'll be interesting to see how they do in grades and overall chapter membership at the end of the semester. I'd be happy to call them mid tier if they have those aspects, but otherwise 1 3rd placement in homecoming really doesn't get them out of bottom tier. especially because their pledge class this year was subpar, they got out recruited from houses ranked lower (sigma). just saying, wake up and smell the roses, this house ranked mid tier is premature.
