Comment:  The negative ratings below make me laugh. It is hilarious watching other fraternities talk Pi Kapp down because they themselves are failing. My friend is in Pi Kapp and they are doing a damn good job this year,even talked me into rushing, and have a lot of talk on campus. Others can hate if they want, but everyone else knows what's up. They do everything right, parties, leadership, philanthropies, you name it.
