Comment:  Sig is definitely a top house. This makes many other frats jealous and people say that sig is only popular because they suck up to the sororities. Sororities like sig because they strike the right balance between being nice but being a good time. They throw good parties and definitely have the best marketing. Having said all of this, they aren't as good-looking as beta as a whole and the try-hard attitude deters some people.
