Comment:  I'm not really sure what to make of phi delt. They have the reputation of being rich and really self-centered. From what I've seen though, this is just a stereotype. There are some really smart, talented guys in the mix. They are middle tier because they just aren't popular. They do have good relations with kappa and adpi though.
