Comment:  This chapter is different from others in the University. Delta Sigma Phi may not be the popular fraternity, but it does have its own flair, and is very dedicated to Gallaudet and Washington D.C. communities. If you get know brothers, they will surprise you. They're more cooler than they seem, and now they're getting popular people to pledge for them. They're getting more better looking, and smart! They give out equal opportunities to possible prospects. They believe in giving people chances.
