Comment:  Phi Psi isn't terrible but they're definitely not top tier at Ole Miss so I'm shocked to see that they are top 5 on this. They never have long lines for their parties although they do have an okay amount of alcohol. Most of them are guys who had to settle for phi psi because they couldn't get into somewhere better and that's just the truth. Nobody rushes at Ole Miss hoping to go phi psi.
