Comment:  Chi Phi… eh I don't really get them, they've always claimed to be the nicest guys on campus, and while some of them are, that can be misleading. They try SO HARD and go out of their way to do things seemingly for the sake of doing them. Sort of suffer from the SPE effect, they're fine on their own but if you put a bunch of them together you just wanna throw up. Stand to gain a lot from recent campus crackdowns but not sure why they're still the "nice guys" SPE lite and most sorority-esque frat
