Comment:  If there was a rating between average and above average I'd put them there. They have some nice guys, are pretty competitive with sports, grades, and have some campus involvement. Their parties are pretty fun but don't compete with the better fraternities. They have a lot of nice guys, a decent brotherhood, and I think they'd even admit there's only a handful of guys who do most of the contribution. Probably because of their lack of pledgeship, you can only be so good without that.
