Comment:  I do not think that these girls should be considered top tier. Yes, these girls are very fun and very social and outgoing. But being greek is not just about having fun. They act catty towards one another and to girls in other sororities. I think G Phi is solid middle tier but could be top tier if they were more involved, had better grades and tried a lot harder to be more classy.
