Comment:  Tx rho charter was originally for Marvin college or some no name school that died. The charter was "transferred" to the ut Austin chapter.Tx rho at ut Austin was not founded before UT. Both Phi delt, Fiji and Kappa sig were founded before tx rho at ut.
