Comment:  Phi Kapps is honestly so much fun. They are the most gentlemanly of guys, and made us an awesome pumpkin for Halloween. Its a best of both worlds situation. They're smart (4th in GPA?), classy, and throw down better than anyone else. I have never had as much fun as I did at Luaupalloza They just need to get their involvement on campus up and they'll be stellar. Can't wait to see whats to come, especially with their new pledge class.
