Comment:  Lambda 4-5 years ago was not very good but has seen a ton of improvement over the last couple years and are taking KA's spot amongst the top 3 fraternities, which is why the other fraternities mostly dislike them. Their current seniors are great and their sophomore class is regarded as the best class on campus. If they get another class like their current sophomores they will have to be regarded by everyone as top tier.
