Comment:  Is it just me or is Kappa pretty overrated? People talk as if they are almost top tier, but from a guy's point of view I completely disagree. They are not facey and really do not have that many dimes. I would see they are in the tier with Zeta and whoever else is in that one, but near the bottom of it while Zeta is at the top
